- Saison inspired ale showcasing organic raw spelt from Whispering Pines Organics in the Riverina NSW.
- Spicy and summer herbaceousness (think tomato bush) with a Sprite/Lift lemon hit, hints of darker spice (woody spice almost cinnamon quill) underneath. The palate is bright, strong lemon core and brisk with clean lines and hints of light tropical fruit, freshly cut slightly under ripe pineapple on the back palate before a creamy grain-y finish. Low acidity. Enjoy the serenity!
