Wildflower St Florence 2022 Semillon Australian Wild Ale

St Florence is an ale made with white wine grapes. It is named for Topher and Bernadette's first daughter.      

In 2022, St Florence: Semillon, Tyrrell's was made by blending barrel aged golden mixed culture fermentation ale with 317kg of handpicked, whole bunch Semillon from the HVD vineyard at Tyrrell’s Estate in Pokolbin, NSW. After a seven month maceration and refermentation of fruit and beer, it was bottled and allowed to naturally carbonate and mature in bottle for several months before release.
