Minim XO New Small Rouge 2023

Fruit dry-grown by Minim on a north facing slope of granitic sand & clay. The 23 vintage was near perfect for this wine allowing balance between acid, deep fruit & developed tannin. Gentle treatment in the winery with 25% bunch. Soft red fruit, poached quince, rhubarb and pomegranate.

Light Shiraz ready to drink chilled or not!
