Gentle Folk Sauvignon Blanc 2024

A homage to the great Sauvignon blanc's produced in this country! We wont deny it, we love Sauvignon blanc and we hope this reflects in our take at a pure expression of what our region can produce. Barrel fermented with full malolactic fermentation from super vineyard sites in the heart of Piccadilly as well as a new site in Balhannah. Never underestimate this variety.

Vineyards: Summertown, Ashton, Manyara & Morialta

Soils: Light loamy clay over sandstone with extensive schist and quartz rubble.

Vinification: 100% whole cluster pressed and settled in tank overnight. Racked to neutral French barriques and hogsheads for eight months.
